GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: Preparation

✅ Soak the seeds in warm water for 6-8 hours, then wrap them in a damp paper towel and leave them for 1-2 days until they sprout.
✅ Plant the sprouted seeds 1 cm deep in well-draining soil mixed with organic fertilizer.
✅ Water lightly and place them in a sunny spot. The plants will emerge from the soil within 5-7 days.

STEP 2: Sow seeds

✅ Once seedlings have 4-5 true leaves, transplant them into pots, raised beds, or gardens with support stakes.
✅ Water evenly, avoid overwatering, and fertilize with organic fertilizer every 2-3 weeks.

Step 3: Care and Harvesting

✅ After 15-20 days, when the plants reach a height of about 15-20 cm and the leaves have thickened, they are ready for harvest.
✅ Use a knife or scissors to cut close to the base, or uproot the entire plant depending on your needs. To allow the plant to regrow, leave about 2-3 cm of the base intact.
